PSALM 103

#1. HE REMOVES OUR TRANSGRESSIONS

Psalm 103:10-12 “He has not dealt with us as our sins deserve or repaid us according to our iniquities. For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his faithful love toward those who fear him. ¹² As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.”

INIQUITY = Inward motivation that drives us toward sin.

TRANSGRESSION = the outward movement of sin.

#2. HE REMEMBERS OUR SINS NO MORE

Isaiah 43:25 “I – yes, I alone – will blot out your sins for my own sake and I will never think of them again.”

#3. HE RELEASES US FROM OUR INIQUITIES

Psalm 103:3 He forgives all your (sin) iniquity.
