1 Corinthians 6:18 "Run from sexual sin! No other sin so clearly affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body."

IMMORALITY is a CHARCTER ISSUE.

#1. WHERE DOES IMPURITY BEGIN?

Psalm 101:3 "I will set nothing wicked before my eyes…"

Proverbs 27:20 "Hell and Destruction are never full; so the eyes of man are never satisfied."

Matthew 5:28 "but I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

Matthew 6:22 “Your eye is like a lamp that provides light for your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is filled with light.”

#2. HOW DO WE DEAL WITH IMPURITY?

Matthew 5:27-28 “You have heard the commandment that says, ‘You must not commit adultery. ²⁸But I say, anyone who even looks at a woman with lust has already committed adultery with her in his heart."

Isaiah 53:5 "But he was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities."

Mark 7:21 "For from within, out of the heart of man, come evil thoughts, sexual immorality, theft, murder, adultery…"

#3. IMPURITY WILL AFFECT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH GOD.

James 1:14-16 “But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. ¹⁵ The, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death. ¹⁶ Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren."

#4. IMPURITY WILL AFFECT YOUR FUTURE.

Genesis 39:10 “She kept putting pressure on Joseph day after day, but he refused to sleep with her, and he kept out of her way as much as possible.”

1 John 1:9 "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."
